Problem with Greaves of the Forsaken - Donor Pants

I wanted to post this topic to bring about general awareness but more importantly to prompt those having the same issue to be vocal about either not getting a proc at all or a very low proc rate (the difference in the heal is very noticeable than before) in the donor pants.

I don't run parses and quite frankly I simply don't have the time to figure out how to run it (since not having time to raid constantly was one of the incentives to buying the donor pants in the first place). But anyone able to take this time to post the parse this would be very helpful.

Furthermore to address any doubts as to the double checking of whether I have "the buff slot icon on my buff bar" or as to whether the "buff bar is full of buffs thus crowding out the Vengeance of the forsaken proc itself" I have double checked both and am still facing this seriously reduced proc problem.

So the question to the developers is have these pants been modified?

The legs are not healing atm, besically the proc is a DD instead of a lifetap. Will be fixed with next reboot/spell file.
