The Dragon Bane Necklace and the evoled Ceribun, the Night Star are on the same type timer (28). I try to always remember to cast the neck first being 1 min recast but have been times I didn't remember till its to late and I'm wating that 5 min.
Its not a huge thing, just wondered if this intentional or over looked.
