Out of Jail - sends to same spot i just tried to escape

Had three toons going in Chardok. One wiped, so i decided to quickly use Out of Jail card - one toon successfully ported out to the bind point, but my last guy toon ended up spawning in the exact same spot I just tried to escape:

LOADING, PLEASE WAIT...
You have entered Chardok.

Luckily the mobs had time to leave the spot I was fighting, so I didn't die. I had no bots; just three toons.

Believe this is the second time I've seen this bug.

AFAIK this only happens if the toon has not been "bound" anywhere. Try binding him somewhere (even the Soul Binder in the Forest) and try again, please.

I've also seen that happen where you "died" while zoning out. On live it used to happen where you'd hit a zone line with mobs chasing you, they'd kill you while client was zoning, server would bounce you back to original zone and strip buffs.

I have had this happen many times. My character was bound in the Vale. I definately had not died. But I could not get away from the mob. It has happened more than once...and each time the mob could summon. I assumed that was the issue.
