[FIXED] Potion of Vulnerability Rk. II only selftarget ?

Hiya,

whenever i use Potion of Vulnerability Rk. II
i will automatic target myself (and cast it as an selfbuf).
Description says "Single target".

Any chance you can fix that please. Thank you.
I am using Titanium client.

Anyone else able to replicate this? Seems to work fine for me.
