Earring of Eternal Ice - effect request

Hi,

As we already discussed, we never meet any overagro issue when tanks are doing their job so "Ancient greater concussion" will not be use from this item.

As a side note, I started to get ST stuff and there is no "spellhaste" effects on them. I got Sleeves of the traitor yesterday and it is hard to leave "quickening of Druzzil" behind(from Kael sleeves) which was a gain of 1.5 sec (on cast = 8sec).

Would it be possible to add "quickening of Druzzil" on Earring of Eternal?
