If possible can Loop of Chaos (item#121464) and Ring of Purified Chaos (item#121466) have their cooldowns removed or lowered?
Their lower tiered counterparts have no cooldown on them. For instance: Aged Grey Suede Boots (item#69439) and Red Resistance Stone (item#6688).

I also have a request.
If possible, can Mask of Destructive Chaos (item# 121467) have its effect Evasive Form I (spell #3148) increased, to match its predecessor, Ring of the Constable (item# 11963) with the effect Improved Dodge I (spell# 3889)
Ring of the Constable (Tier 5) 1 : Effect type : Increase Chance to Dodge by 10% with a duration of 60 minutes.
Mask of Destructive Chaos (Tier 8) 1 : Effect type : Increase Chance to Dodge by 15% with a duration of 5.9 minutes.

This would be an awesome change IMO cause with the duration and cast time it can stay up 24/7 yet to do so we must cast it every 5-6 mins and some events last longer than that so it makes it a pita
I have it on a few toons though it never gets used for I use the PoA ring daily just cause of the duration..

It is highly possible that laziness plays a part in this request. But, clicking an item every hour with no recast is much more attractive than clicking an item every 10 minutes with a 10 minute recast and gaining 5% to dodge.

Both items now say instant but still try to cast it with the cast bar and then it still has a recast time.. not sure if new spell file was needed cause there was no updated one but thought I would mention
