Can we get the cast time of Deathmarch IV reduced to the original spell cast time on Band of the Gargoyle?

With a 3.5 second cast time its not really practical! It seems that the original cast time of 1 second would make more sense, especially with such a rare item.

I never use mine because of the cast time

any secrets to getting this thing to drop? I've killed ZT about 50 times or so and never had a band drop...

Not sure but I think it's a 10% drop chance. sharing the same loot table as others rare loot. so it's all a matter of luck sir

Secrets? Killem every night. If Wulriz doesn't spawn you can probably killem in ~10 mins.

Maybe the best secret is to pray that you don't get the wrong 5% loot from him. The cloak is nice.... but it isn't a ring.

I FINALLY got my band, super excited and then in practice the 3.5 cast time is just horrendous and makes it nearly unusable for a 20 sec buff, especially casting it as a tank. Please lower this cast time!

The cast time on a number of the bands has been adjusted.
