Walkthrough

Since Crushbone is often the first stop on a new player's journey, one might assume that Foolin's quest yields a reward which could easily be overlooked and not worth the effort. However, this is far from the truth as you will see.

Quest mob:

Foolin is a Goblin located left and across the bridge from the entrance cave of Crushbone at loc -340, 558.

Quest text:

You say, 'Hail, Foolin'

Foolin says, 'Good day adventurer.. If you are bored enough..I might have a [task] for you.'

Foolin grins evilly.

You say, 'What task do you have?'

Foolin says, 'There are too many orcs out there, and it's just NOT right. Agree? All you have to do is kill some of em, [will] ya?'

You say, 'I will'

Foolin says, 'Good luck. I'll wait for you here.'

You have been assigned the task 'The Orc slayer.'.

The task:

This is typically the first task that new players are assigned. If you have closed down your task window and wish to reopen it, simply press control + q.

Your task, should you choose to accept it, is to slay 10 Orc Stompers and 10 Orc Champions. Orc Stompers and Orc Champions can be found in various locations throughout the orc huts (around 237, 374) by the Orc Slaver caves and all share the same spawn locations. Be advised that Orc Stompers are approximately level 21 and Orc Champions are slightly more difficult at approximately level 26.

After completing your task, hail Foolin for your well deserved reward.
