Walkthrough
Unknowingly, when you first entered The Ruins of Old Guk (or Karnor's or City of Mist), you entered a battlefield. Chaos and Order are in a war and both sides are in need of heroes so that they could gain the edge over their opponent. There are of course ... benefits ... given to elite soldiers.
Quest mob:
Sheever is in The Hidden Forest across from Queen Adrianne towards the cave with the class trainers. His specific location is 81, -130.
Quest text:
You say, 'Hail, Sheever'
Sheever says, 'Gloomy day mortal! I'm recruiting fellow Chaos followers to join the battle against the Order. I am also making some durable [armor] for our seasoned soldiers. '
Sheever turns an icy glare upon you.
You say, 'armor'
Sheever says, 'Yes, a fine armor that is crafted from Chaos and smoldering iron! All you have to do is find a Rusty Chaotic Armor piece from the fallen heroes in the Ruins of Old Guk. Return it to me along with three Chaotic Coins and I will consider crafting something valuable for you. Although I have doubts of your return..'
Sheever beams a wintry smile on you.

The task:
Great! Your first armor quest and let me tell you it is powerful! Every aspiring hero of The Hidden Forest would greatly benefit from having a full suit of this armor. Sheever asks you to obtain two types of items for every armor piece. A Rusty Chaotic Armor piece and 3 Chaotic Coins.
We'll first address the coins since they are easy - they drop from any of the named mobs in Guk/Karnor's/City of Mist and you'll likely obtain many more than you will ever use. Note, they are able to be traded!
