Kseskal the Insane - Quest NPC in CoM

That NPC never reacted to my characters... I just tried to /say him the highlighted text in his answer "interestingses" and various derivations, but none got him to react further. Tried with a level 53 character and I remember trying on a high 30s with the same results.

This must have been some glitch, I just checked him and he works as intended. Gave me the task properly.

Please try again Mahulk and shoot me a tell if he still wouldn't work for you.

Tried again this morning, tried a lot of various triggers, none worked. He turns to face me when I speak, but no response. He also has some stars turning around him from time to time, maybe he only works once per server pop? In any case, I was not able to get the quest. Will try again tonight with all 3 characters.

I was afk a few hours standing in front of him, many players hailed him fine. Like I said it must have been a temp glitch. Try again please and shoot me a tell ingame if it wouldn't help.

FWIW I was leveling a ranger last night and he worked fine [SoD client] for me.

Just a reminder too to try standing really close(standin in its shoes lol?) to the npc u are working with if you have response issues. If you havn't tried it already.
