After handing in the Dull Dragon Scale to Sirran the Lunatic on Wasp-isle he says-
"Dnib a ni era uoy ro esarhp eht yas dna yrruh!! Sruoy erasyek eht dna romra em evig. Erom on gnits seixib eht ahahahahah!"
And after saying:
"?llaw eht htiw eno mA I" to sirran the lunatic he responds by saying:
"kcul doog! Ouy rof ydaer si erips eht fo retsis eht won, sdik boj doog."
However the Sister of the Spire does'nt spawn, so it is impossible to reach the last island.
