serverwide shout for solo aura quest

this has been confusing me for a while, increasingly over the last few weeks with large influx of people completing the solo aura quest:

completing the raid aura quest doesnt get a serverwide shout, but the solo aura quest does? just dont think they are anywhere near each other in terms of difficulty or time investment. not saying you should get rid of it for solo aura, just that it would be nice to add it to the raid aura.
