Epic 2.0 Irontoe turn in issue

During my visit with Irontoe for my epic 2.0 I had to following on my person: the note from the goblin in LS and the four icy emblems. The powerful temper I forgot to buy and in my haste I preceded to hand in the note and the four emblems to Irontoe only to have the four emblems handed back to me and no note.

I now have four ice emblems and the powerful temper and Irontoe will not take these types of items when I try to turn them in. Apparently I am missing the note I accidently turned into him without the temper being on me.

Can someone help me with this issue? Thank you.

Still having the same issue. Character name is Senidiel. Any help would be appreciated. I have all the pieces for my 2.0 just cant get it because of this problem.

we solved the mystery ingame..

I thought we had but its still not working...tried the turn in again with 4 emblems and he still wont let me progress to the next step.
