WoS Murkglider Pet

Can we please check the drop rate of the Murkglider Sinew (webtools/items.php?id=120073) on this quest compared to the Feran and Chimera quest drops?

Here's an example of one of the mobs supposedly dropping the sinew:

I've spent well over 24 hours on this quest. Was it intended to take so long? I'm at my wits end with this quest.

I know when i did the feran it took me 3-4 days to complete it. Not that I was at it the whole time, but lets say close to 10 or so full clears of the cave, maybe more.

I'm doing the murk atm, and i have cleared the cave maybe 5 times and im only missing 3 items, so seems to be about the same.

Guildmate finished it in 2-3 clears the other day. Just luck of the RNG.

I checked; the actual percentage is slightly higher than many other pieces on those loot tables. You are just unlucky I guess.

I am doing the Murkglider quest also at the moment (done 15 killingrounds) and the Murkglider Sinew is the only thing i am still missing.
Good to know everything works as it should be and its only bad luck.

I took 4 hours on my last pet to finish it, start to finish and the one before that took me 12 hours.
I know you were upset in ooc the other day over it and really this is just one of those things that the {RnG} can fug you over real good.
Keep at it and you'll get it sooner or later and never want to do another

So far I've collected:

1. Gelatinous Murkglider Egg
2. Murkglider Beak
3. Murkglider Plasma
4. Murkglider Sinew
5. Murkglider Skin
6. Murkglider Slime
7 Seeping Murkglider Fluid


What am I missing? It looks like the result of the combine is the: Murkglider Stomach

These appear to be all that drop in WoS but they total 7 (without the stomach) The bag refuses to combine with 7 items in it. I've cleared the cave and the yard in front maybe 20 times, and gotten all 7 items for 5 casters and healers but nothing else drops...

You are missing the stomach, the combine results in the essence. Here is a walkthrough if you need any more info.

Many thanks....jeesh stomach must be more rare than the other parts. Outfitted 5 characters now with the 7 other drops.
