I am unable to get Elzari to respond using toons that are starting the Raid Aura. If I hail him, he will turn but give no quest text.
If I hail him with someone who has completed the quest I get "Would you like to turn the visual or turn off the buff parts of the Aura?"
Tried it on two different toons that had not started and he says nothing.
