Um the quest Halloween Ghoulies..... um there are no clues or anything to follow im sooooo lost and confused it dont even tell ya what zones .... Can we get at least a hint?

Well if members of the community know how to do it but aren't sharing it with you, that means that they figured it out right? Put some thought into it, the hints are there.

the chocolates are easy...

get a costume---->talk to the count and get the quest----> go to the groundspawn----> collect the chocolates

i did however find a bug with the chocolates.. if you zone before you hand them in .. they become stuck in your inventory

figured out how to get rid of the chocolates that were unmovable in my inv. just went back to the groundspawn and picked up a chocolate(that poofed the stuck ones..) i then deleted the quest .. went back to the count and got the quest again
