Shaow Haven - Hero Collection Task

Hello,

I was able to complete this quest on 7 of my 12 chars all of which received the quest a few weeks ago. The remaining 5 I recently completed the first task and when I go to ask Zimloro Jalobottle for the hero quest for the Automation he does not say anything. Now I was still able to hand in a completed toolbox on one of the original 7 I just cannot get the text from him to get a new container for the 5 who never had it. Thank you for looking into this !
