Cleric 3.0

I have done all epics no my cleric all the way up to 2.8 aug have 1.5 aug and 2.8 aug. I went and attmpted to speak with ingmar and he wont speak to me at all. So i handed him Book of marr to try and trigger it he did give me a dialog with Visions as key word but upon clicking it does nothing upon typing it does nothing. Did i miss a step or am i doing something wrong?

make sure you are really close (like right on top of him) and have him targetted, then click visions. IT should proceed with the dialog and give you the bag to get his requested items. You might check if you have the bag in the bank due to already having turned in the book earlier.

I had thought that was the problem so i stood dead on top of him with same results. Upon handing in book i get dialog but when clicking or typing what visions no responses. And ive not turned in book at all on any of my toons but the cleric during this time. No matter how close or what i do hailing him does nothing handing book it does give vision dialog but cant advance past.
