Raid aura Miragul

So I been sitting here in Everfrost waiting for Lich of Miragul to spawn. Sense I failed the fight and despawn on me. Well wiki and what I can find on forums says miragul is a 1hr respawn if fail. 8hrs Upon success. Well about 10hrs now. Ive zoned out with my box crew ive logged out with my box crew. Someone said it could be broken so I am here now.
