Seevil (Sol Ro Tower)

Hiya, Seevil in Sol Ro Tower isn't responding to hails or anything I've done so far. After asking in OOC how to get keys, Beat told me to hand him a Kiss of Life augment for the key. I can confirm this quest still works, but even with the turnin he still said nothing and still doesn't respond to hails. I think he's supposed to tell me how to upgrade my gear here too

Just zoned in and tested both npc respond to my hails and all link's work with UF client.

make sure you are standing close enough, depending on your char model/illusion, and the NPCs char model, you may need to stand pretty much right on top of them.

I'm also using UF client, tried hailing on all 6 characters from many different positions

Nevermind, I'll check this out again tomorrow. I believe one of the anti-spam filters I have is blocking whatever he's trying to say. Client ignores any line with certain combinations of words to cut down on combat spam the in-game options don't filter properly. Pretty sure I don't need most of those enabled here )
