I went to Erudin and give Qwune's journal to Elsu Zermiun.

She said : "Oh my! My daughter's journal? It can't be true.

When I click on true or /say true with my char, nothing happens.

Damn ! forgot to mention it, but yeah, I tried with NPC on target and without, both didn't work.

I had the same problem, but after I'd targeted a group member to do a CoH then re-targeted her it worked fine. Then had exactly the same problem further on in the quest when Estria wasn't responding to hails, but as soon as I targeted someone else and re-targeted her it worked fine...

I'm on underfoot if it's client based.
