The Hidden Forest

I am doing the Tier 7 Raid Arua Quest. Killed Qwune the Possessed, and got the Journal. I took it to Erudin and gave it to Elsu Zermiun, she was suppose to give me a Letter to Erundi. She said Oh its my
daughter's Journal? It can't be True. The True you clicked on but when you did all it said was You are to far away from your target to use this feature. I was standing real close so it should have worked. Tried several time at different paces but it just kept saying the same thing. I cant go any farther without the Letter. Can you help? I have 4 more of these to do or more. Thank You for any help

Try logging out and back in then rehailing or just /say test

I get this error with certain quest npcs when I use a cut-down global load file. On one eq client I delete a load of lines from the global load file to increase loading times. One set back to this is some quest npcs don't work, so I have an original backup to use when required.

I also had this problem but it was my fault because I used at that time the /target command with MQ2.

Try to clear target, target by click on her and hail her again, that did the thing with me
