Unless I am missing something (which is possible lol) Vol`Mantuu is missing from West Karana.
I've used a bot ranger, a real ranger, a third party program, /assist, /target, and extensive circle running and I cannot find him. Right now I am 90% sure I am parked where he should be, but isn't.
