The Hidden Forest

I finished the silver explorer badge in natimbi and went to tipt to try and get the golden.

When i found Jeral and hailed him...nothing happened.

When clearing the cubbies of mobs even before reaching him - no new mobs spawned. No blood enraged mobs at all.

I had an inventory spot available and the silver badge on me.

Is quest bugged or am I missing something?
