Garanel Rucksif

Does Garanel Rucksif still spawn in Estate of Unrest? I've spent 24 hours in his normal spawn point and I've checked back for 2 weeks now. He is never up in the Unrest Basement.

The WiKi is far from being complete but you can always find some nice hidden clues there.. and the web tools often come handy!
