FG Caller cycle

Feels like it needs more named ... spent an hour using the bottle trigger there and only had 2 named spawn. They spawn a lot faster (2 min?) than they did on live, but the named rate is dismally low ... feels like 2-3% if my math is right.

its to help prevent double or tripple named spawn im sure of it jerant, was doing keg and i got a double named spawn and yeah it hurt since i got backlogged with new waves. plus the loot is pretty damn good and theres no real respawn time so i think the spawn rate and drop rates are agreeable

2) poll on named? :)
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed

I'm fine with it being low ... I can just use a larger item for quicker waves if I wanted to. A double spawn would suck and that is understandable.
