The Hidden Forest

After the changes to Drunder regarding lag and such it seems impossible to now start this quest. If you hail Golgoth the Blood Raven he does not say anything even if you get right on top of him. You are able to finish the quest since there does not seem to be any dialog for that you just cannot start it

Chat restored in tactics in next reboot. Totally forgot to undo that lol
