Ok so did Chaos this morning with someone. Upon loot the parch to grant rk 3 spells here is the issue ive ran into.

Cleric Turn Ins

First ever Chaos run spell give Blessing of Hope rk III

Inreases spell haste by up to 18% on spells 70 or lower.

Second Chaos parch on cleric Blessing of Zealot rk. III

Inrease spell haste by 7% on spells 70 or lower.

Is this a bug? Can i like trade it for a spell i needed? /grin hehehhe

Spells are different, one is group buff with limitations, other is self only (less haste) but works on more spells

Gotcha when you inspect them in game it shows same exact spell descriptions minus the difference in 7% and 18%. Thanks!
