The Hidden Forest

So I've started the Raid Aura quest but am having an issue picking up the Crystal of Soul in Erudins Crossing. I've already talked to Ahenu and talked to him until I got no more links and he says the Ctrystal was thrown into the ocean.
Problem is once I find the bag in Erudins Crossing it won't let me pick it up. I am following to walk through and I don't know what the problem is.

What is the name of the character you're using? When you pick up the object does it say "You get a powerful feeling that you have no use for that object." ?

Character name is Hulk. Yes that is what it says.

Give it another go, you should be able to pick it up now hopefully.

So now I'm in Rathe Mtns and I need to pick up the necklace by the Gypsy carts, wont let me keep it. =/

This and the next bag pick up should work now, and as there's no more bags to pick up after that so I'm hoping that's it. Thanks for helping to test, we recently made a few changes to this quest and missed the bag pick ups
