Xegony island acess

Kallosia isn't replying to hails for my characters that were not previously flagged. I tried to hand her the 4 stones on my wiz Bellany and she just ignored me and ate the stones. Not replying and not flagging for island.
My characters that were flagged already she still ports up though.

I'm unable to recreate that here, and looking at Bellany's quest globals the xegonyisland flag is set to complete so maybe the hand in worked but for some reason you got no response. Hail her again when you can and see if it works now, may have been some temporary issue.

Looks like everything is working, maybe I just needed to rezone or something. I didn't try that.
