I'm trying to catch up with things, after an absence of four years. I was looking at my notes and saw that the tokens that Callixo the Orange wants are called Halloween Tokens (as opposed to the Treat Tokens that Fernando the Black wants). These tokens were awarded from the Halloween Ghoulies quest which was given out by Fitzina the Dancing Queen in Shadowed Grove. But I don't see her there. Have things changed? If so, where do we get Halloween Tokens from?

You have very good memories, it was an event back from 2013 but it was only for one festive AFAIK. We can look into bringing it back in life next year!

But what about Callixo? Your server Halloween post says we can get raids from him. But his text says he only accepts Halloween Treats. Where do we get Halloween Treats?

I misspoke. I asked how to get Halloween Treats when I should have said Halloween Tokens. Sticky Toes Brandon gives the quest Trick Then Treat which rewards a Treat Token (item 121541). But Callixo asks for Halloween Tokens (item 122251). When I did this quest yesterday, I indeed got a Treat Token. Has he been changed to randomly give out Halloween Tokens also?

I mistook them for being both the same yesterday. So curious answer to this too.

Yep, sorry about the confusion Callixo was part of the quest for Fitzina the Dancing Queen's trick or treat task, same way Fernando is for Sticky Toes. This quest is inactive ATM but we'll look into re-introduce it next year.

I teleported Callixo back to the outer planes to avoid any further confusion for now, Thanks again for reporting it.
