The Hidden Forest

So I had a party wipe in ToV today, and after respawning back in Shadowed Grove I ran over to Sune, who gratefully provided me with a Wizard Epic 3.0. I then repeated this with my enchanter less than 2 minutes later, dying and running over to Sune provided her with an epic 3.0 (Wizard) too. Other players had the same occur earlier today.

I attempted to re-produce on my wizard who isn't TOV flagged, but killed him in Ssra and it didn't work. No idea what the trigger or commonality could be here, but thought it might be worth looking into

I think an important detail here is that this happened to several people immedately after I legitimately completed wiz epic on two of my characters, separated by an hour or two. I'm still in the process of completing it on my other two wizards.

This happened to me way back when it was first released. I thought this had been fixed back then. Will look into it. Thanks for raising and yes it's caused by someone handing in legitimately.
