Charm 4.0 turn in Error

it's a little lagging in SG today
when my shd (mdan) give charm 3.0 and drake essence to lilly
system tell me lilly 000 is not online . you cannot pickup a lore item you already have
then my charm 3.0 and drake essence was gone
i want to do the charm quest again .
i got another charm 1.0 . i go to kill the goblin in cb and pc . hail fairy
then i give the charm 1.0 to lilly .but lilly tell me .it need charm 3.0 and drake essence
so . how can i do with the charm quest ?
