new charm upgrade

i had a blast doing the new charm upgrade last night in riwwi with a couple of friend. the group consisted with war/clr/rng/rng/sk/shm, and it was definitely refreshing and exciting. great job and my hats off to the developers 
here are a couple things i have noticed:
i feel the fights in the middle were harder than the later fights. not sure if this is intended. the last 2 fights were kinda straight forward and made me even wonder if i did something wrong.
the final boss didn't drop anything, which was a bit surprising. considering the prison guard has a chance to drop the 50 ac aug by the end, i would think the final boss here should have something nice too. throw in a 50 ac aug in here and i'd be a happy camper
