Ok so we just realized something that we thing (hope) was overlooked. A kill credit task for 2.0 on such hard mobs is very inconvenient. There are a couple of reasons, so I'll list them...
1) Raids don't work due to bots, and doing a bot free raid in ToV is next to impossible with the AE's that are in the zone.
2) Even if we do jimmy our way into bot raids and deal with the bugs, next to no melee DPS will be able to get keyed for Kreizzen. His AE's are just too brutal. Every kill we've had on him so far has ended with less than 6 people alive in the end. 12K AE rains and 4k+ AE ramps are just too much to keep all melee dps alive. Even the ranged die often due to the range of the AE.
Some alternatives that have been brought up are:
-- Just make a flag NPC pop that'll only flag up to 12, or even 6 people so that we can at least pick and choose who gets flagged for a kill.
-- Make it a quest turn in -- similar to the bloods off vulak, etc.
We realize that it will take time to implement a change, but tbh it would be for the best...even if we end up needing to wait a little longer. With the quest as it is sure we can get the beefy chars (all wars, for example, and all healers) their ToV kills, but the DPS are pretty much SOL unless they sit out of fights. And of course they can't do that, cuz then the mob would never die!

I'll break the task into lets say 3 part, each part will remain a kill task of 3-4 NToV minions, but it will be optional who you kill from the list. So basically, I'll reduce the 12 kills to 3 kills needed to finish the task. Can do this quite easy and quite fast.
About Gondon and the rest of the quest NPCs. When I set up a quest, I'm always trying my best to make the quest "fool proof" so the NPCs reply always according to the stage where you are. To explain it a bit more detailed, I use questglobal variables to save the actual stage where you are in a quest progression wise. For examble during when you speak to Irontoe, your epic questglobal variable changes like 15 times, so he's always responding properly for hails. This makes 100 times more difficult to set up a quest, but should improve the players game experience and fun..
So, If you start to hail epic quest npcs all around Norrath, they will (hopfully) tell you to go away, or at least say nothing. Actually, I sometimes set up some surprise (like in WW or ToV) for those who hail a quest NPC without being at the certain stage. So, all in all, if you wont follow the quest line, don't expect to see it work. Specially not with item turn ins, however I'm doing my best to focus on those issues as much as possible, since they are critical source of frustration (aka item losses).
Hope it's all clear now. Please leave some feedback if you would liek the task as I proposed. and keep posting feedback too plz, it's really important to us. Thanks!

Talk to Gondon for the flag fix.
Task from Giblet is updated too. you have to kill 3 minions out of 12.. hope this is easy enough now and you can manage it with dps groups, etc.. should make the usual group set ups more interesting at least.

Much more reasonable now Lillu, thanks

I can definitely work around the new quest requirements and get everyone their needed kills.
