1.5 bug. not able to hail Winx the Protector

Wix won't respond to my hails for any of my toons. I turned in the 4 orbs, eyes, heats and trak blood to the wise in kithicor. I then turned in the stone of fearless, reckless, hearless, presistant on all toons to Elorell and was ported to the hidden vale where Winx will not respond to hails. I'll hang out online for a bit so shoot me a tell if either of you get on.

We'll fix it when you come online.

This is how epic works:
- You get a qglobal (char flag) at every epic stage
- You can't get past any stage if you don't have the proper char flag
- if you ported up, it was all good till that point

So, only thing that might happen time to time, is that NPCs arent bound to their quest script upon spawning (zone bootup). This rarely happens. I checked Winx, and she works fine now. Actually I even put in a small "debugger" speach to ger conversation, so if anyone gets to her in a non-legit way (I dont think is possible), then she will respond to Hails according to your (non expected) character flag.

Weird thing is, I can't find your Epic flag values at all in the DB. That worries me more. But once again, we'll fix it, just shoot me a tell ingame.

I'm online, when I did the turn in of the 4 objects in Sebilis the guy would not respond to me either. But once I turned them in he ported me. So I'm not sure.

Ok, now I think I know what the problem is.

Fangor The Wise (Kithikor) doesn't check if you have the "starting flag" from Gondon (THF). You probably didn't speak with Gondon all the way till getting the starting flag (you get a message about it), you just started the quest and spoke to Fangor without having the needed flag.
I will have to fix Erolell too, not just to make the item check, but to make a flag check too before he ports any player.

So all is clear now. I hope you can log on a tad earlier, so I can fix your flag to finish the quest and which will be needed for The Ancient Frozen Weapon quest (epic 2.0).
