Headhunters Quest Bug

I was part of a group (my main toon Cojo & his cleric bot) and we killed Lord Nagafen this morning. After Naggy went down, we finished off Magus Rokyl. My Headhunter quest updated for Magus Rokyl (as well as King Tranix & Warlord Skarlin a few minutes before) but it did not update for Naggy kill. I should only have Efreeti left to complete this zone for HH quest.

This was around, or before 10:30 am EST, 2/8/2012.

Hmmm, okay. I will kill him until it updates the quest.

Maybe he wasn't actually dead, but stunned long enough for me to loot him....he must of used his delayed death for dragons aa's.
