Gladiator of the Djinn quest in HoH.

My both characters (Sianette and Sianur) have started hunting a bit in HoH and have started quest at the same time. Thing is that Sianur had his task disappear twice, and today I see that it disappeared again. It seems that everytime I log him back again, the quest disappeared. It's getting a bit annoying because it's the 3rd time now and my warrior Sianette has already the 150 wrulans dead (that's the first step of the quest), which are a pain to kill before they actually kill me
Could you please do something ? Don't really know how you can ensure that the quest "sticks" to my necro Sianur. Maybe you could also make the first step done for Sianur too (but maybe I'm asking too much). Logs should proove you that the solo task had been triggered at the same time for both chars (and I don't play my warrior without my necro otherwise my female ogre warrior would cry cause she's alone in the world!).

What do you mean your task disappear? It disappears from your task window? You have the task but your progression is not saved?

It was on my task window each time I had to retrigger it and it worked untill I relog (it seems). Now it is not anymore on my task window, as if I had never accepted that task. It is not shown either on my task history (but I guess it only shows completed quest).
It works without any problem for my warrior Sianette, but it doesn't on my necro Sianur...

The database says that Sianur is at stage 1 with 26 kills so far with the task. Not sure what to say really, everything seems fine at our end.

I can try to erase your task from the db, but that's basically it.

And in your database, you don't see any track of a previous quest that had been triggered and erased (not by myself) ?

Edit : Lol, just logged in and checked in my task window : no gladiator of the djinn quest... It disappeared again. It really seems that untill I log back in it's your database (and on my task window), then it disappears as if never existed. Good thing is that you checked your database before I logged back in so I guess now it doesnt say 26 or whatever but nothing. That's why normally Sianur should have the same number of kills than Sianette since I played them both all the time (and she didn't lose the task...yet).

Nope, if it's there, you have the task, if you delete it client side, it will be gone from the database. It's that simple.

I don't really understand what you mean. Fact is that I just logged in and it's gone again, as if I had never triggered the quest. Nevertheless you know that I did trigger it since it was shown on your database. That's what happened before few times already as I said... I'm not trying to fool you for 150 death wrulan kills hehe (otherwise I would have said that I had the quest almost complete) but fact is that I can't do that quest if it disappears everytime I log out and come back...

I managed to fix it, had to nuke your task and reassign (well it was a bit more complex but not going into details). Also updated your 1st activity to 149 so you are 1 kill away from completion. Please make sure not to /q from game rather use the camp function (well if you do /q).

Honestly, I haven't seen this issue yet but I guess we learn every day.

p.s. I left Sianur in Paludal Caverns, don't freak out when you log back in.
