The Hidden Forest

I don't know when precisely it happened but yesterday my quest journal bugged out. I completed my headhunt in Guk and it worked fine later in the evening (early morning) I was killing nameds in Sol B when I noticed my journal wasn't updating so I checked my journal and saw my quests were bugged. I Have included screenshots. I also included some completed quests which shows the quests have been completed and haven't bugged out the way the active quests seem to. The only quest this really affects me on is the persistent quest for epic 1.5. I had stones 2 and 4 turned in and now when I delete this quest and go pick it up I assume I will start over.

I will drop all the quests and pic them up again but if this happens again in the future is there a way for me to reset these without losing progress? Is there a way I can prevent this from happening? Thanks much for your time in reading this and looking at the gigantic screenshots. Also please note the screenshots display in reverse order from how I uploaded them so you'll see the completed quests first.

I think you window moved the step-by-step section too high.. you see where the =========== is below the list of quests? Grab than and pull down.
