i put 100 Radiant crystals in my account shared bank yesterday. Today when i went to add 122 to those it disconnected me and it poofed the 122 and the Radiant crystals in shared bank aren't showing a stack number and it will not let me remove them from shared bank the item is stuck in shared bank. i relogged and i also tried moving a crap item from Shadow haven to the same slot that the radiants poofed in and it poofed also. I am on SoD Client and it was shared bank (Left slot ) and in a Tae Ew Hide Sack 3rd slot down from top on the left that ate my items. Tried putting another ring from shadow haven in slot and it ate it too, Relogged again to confirm. Radiant crystal graphic is showing in the slot again the 3 items are in fact poofed. Also i am back where i started it will not let me remove the Radiant Crystal from the slot it is completely locked up. And if you try to switch it out using another item it poofed both items i tried it with. Moved bag to regular bank slot and relogged and now its completely empty bag.

We will be investigating this as soon as possible. Have a few ideas what may be causing it but it will require a few internal tests to validate.

Already reported that 2 month ago, so the christmas event isnt the reason.

Also tried to add 72 cyrstals to 92 already in bagslot (shared bank, slot one, right side).
I destroyed the bag to avoid future poofed item.

I lost over 200 radiant crystals from the shared bank today,

-I put 200+ crystal in the bank with char A
-Took them out with char B, did a double take because the count went down to 104
-Put them back in the shared bank, the count went down to 103
-Tried to take them out again and the client crashed
-Logged back in and all crystals were gone.
