Odd animation slow down

OK this isn't a "bug" but it does bother me. All the char and npc battle,emote and idle animation lag unless the right mouse button is held. Tried this on two systems, my main system 2.2 ghz amd, one older 1.5 amd, video card is a 7800 gs, and both had 2 gigs of ram. Doesn't seem to matter how many other players/npcs are around or which zone. it hasn't caused anything more than a minor annoyance but i figured i would see if anyone had an idea as to the cause and/or a possible fixs.

Are you boxing more than 1 character at a time when this happens? The only thing I can think of is the option for setting the framerate for the background window. Maybe if you adjust that setting in your options, it will resolve your issue.

I first noticed it while i was boxing on peq, playing on THF i just solo with a bot and i get the same slow downs, im thinking maybe its a driver issue but since its not game breaking i haven't really wanted to go through the installing/uninstalling process for all that.

Well whatever was causing it must have been a driver issue on one system, the other is a POS so no surprise with the lag on it Update nvidia drivers seem to have righted it so w/e lol
