Minor spawn fix needed in PC

I've noticed this every time, and finally it just annoyed me enough to see about having it fix.
In Paludal Caverns, at bandit camp one, there is a bandit at loc -1595, 1128 who is either in the floor or ceiling. And while it appears correctly in the client, and you can target it, you can not reach it my melee or spell, and the only way to kill him seems to be with my bot.
I know it's a minor problem, and would take less then a minute to fix, but he really annoys me sometimes.
