Spell refresh on inventory clicky - UF client

I posted this in the general help under another thread, but I thought I should also bring it up here.
The UF client currently doesn't handle clickies correctly. After casting an inventory click item, it greys out the spellbar for the usual 2 seconds. Normally, spells can be cast from the spellbar immediately after the inventory click item is done casting.
I'm not sure if this affects any other clients other than UF - don't have any others to test on.

SOD client dosent have this problem.

I noticed this issue as well with the UF client. However it doesn't seem to apply to all clicky items.
For instance my ToV shadowknight pants that click knights power, do NOT cause the global cooldown to activate. However my necklace that casts Group Magic Resist DOES cause the global cooldown to activate.
My best guess on the few clicks I have is that the GCD seems to activate when the click is a spell that a player gets in their spell book. Illusion Human from cloak, Group Magic Resist, etc... seem to trigger the gcd.
However items that are not spell book clickies seem to not trigger it (ie knights power on tov sk legs, fiery might off chestplate of fiery might, etc).
No idea if this is an emu or a THF issue however.

Ill look into it. Working on fixing an issue with spell timers not refreshing propelry on bards atm =)

Update:
Did a little digging into this one while I had a moment. Found the location of the data that is being sent which makes the client activate the global cool down.
I've been able to successfully turn it off so that click effects do not trigger the cool down, but the Titanium client did not like the fix and crashes when clicking items now.
Obviously I am still working on this, just keeping you all informed.
