Ssraeshza Temple Flag Bug

I was able to kill Emperor Ssraeshza with some help last night. When I went to hail the fairy I got a message saying that I have to achieve the ssraeshza ring first, and she frankly didn't understand how I got in the room. I have the key on my key ring, but I have deleted the actual key, since it wasn't an upgrade. This I believe is the cause of the problem. Is there any way my warrior "Valonn" can get the flag for completing the event?

Can you please explain how you got to the emperor room without the key item, Ring of the Shissar?

I did the quest for the ring. Entered the room the first time, and lost the fight. Deleted the ring after it was on my keyring, and killed the emperor a couple days later. Since it was on my key ring, I was able to enter the room, but the physical key had been deleted.

You can't enter the room without the key, aka the item..

I entered the room multiple times with it only on my keyring. It is repeatable even now.

Ok, let's blame the key ring. We'll reimburse you the item, please don't delete it.

We'll have to fix the fairy script to accept hails without the ring, having only the keyring entry.

edit: script is fixed, "flag hails" will require flag for the ring quest, not the item itself.

I delete all my toons rings after they are added to the key ring. I rarely kill emp , but I have had that text appear once on myst before. not that it matters for her since she is all flagged...
