Just a suggestion, although im not sure it would be used terribly often... anyway, I was skimming through looking at monsters and I remembered how useful the comments people had made under the monsters description used to be (for the most part) on Ala. I was curious if we could open something along those lines? If that does not seem feesable then how about a separate area on the forums to discuss raid mob strategies?

I can definately create a new subforum for raid or general encounters etc. Adding that directly to the Clone is a complete different story.
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed

Awesome, I think that would be a great resource for any upcoming guilds. I know Help Desk will happily contribute our epic failures to the new guys who want to know what NOT to do :)

Just a comment that I hope can be on behalf of my guild. I agree that it would be a great addition to the forum, but personally I would only post strats up for lower end mobs (in this case, Tier 1 and probably Tier 2) to give guilds a leg up in progression. It would take all the fun out of raiding if we posted all mobs strat information imo. When your guild reaches higher-end zones then it gives you a greater sense of accomplishment figuring out tough encounters :)

If you make this forum though, can you make a sub forum for each tier? There's simply too many encounters, and if you bunch them all up into one forum then it'll be a mess.

Why not create a forum devoted to such discussion (specifically for npc discussion and not feedback/error reporting) with subforums for each custom zone? That way, all discussion stays isolated within it's own subforum, and you don't have to sift through topics that don't even pertain to the same zone you want information for. Could also create a subforum for just general npc discussion for non custom zones.

Edit: Would also be "neat" if there was a link on each custom zones listing on allaclone that directed to the specific forum pertaining to discussion for that zone. Probably time consuming, though, lol.

Just wanted to add to this, as my first post might seem standoff-ish : P. I wouldn't have any problem posting tips for Ssra, Kael, or even ToV. What I meant by my post is that once the tiers get closer to the top-end encounters then I would be reluctant to give much information.

Basically, it's the same reasoning behind there being no write-up for the 2.0. The content is still new and hasn't been trivialized by many guilds yet, so because of that we choose to maintain some level of discovery to new members of the server.

On the other side of that, there wouldn't be many problems at all posting tips for raid encounters which Evo/Progeny have already defeated. It would be great to see another guild defeat those encounters and catch up raid-wise.

Looks good, but it might be confusing to some people. Seb/Trak aren't tier 1, they're more tier 0. Ssra is tier 1, tov tier 2 etc. That's how fairies are labeled, too.
