[Suggestion] Pic at the Top of Forum

When you click on the pic at the top of the forum, it takes you to...the forum! I'd like to make the suggestion that when you click on it, it should take you back to the Portal

I like the layout of the website now
The Portal link at the top of the forum, the news on the Welcome page...It's looking great, thank you
