The Hidden Forest

I'm just slightly confused, and hoping someone has a simple explanation for me.

Ingame, when I check my stats, they show me as having maxxed stats in a few areas, as in the max shows @ 355.

However, when I check my stats through Magelo, it shows my stats as being higher.

Which calculation is correct? Ingame or Magelo??

And bonus silly question: What ARE max stats with EQEmu/THF??

Never ever rely on the in-game ui. Target yourself and type #mystats. Since our emu works on custom code, we can exceed the hardcaps originally placed by Sony. Mystats will give you a true representation of your character.
