There we go again with stability fixes.

Made another modification with aggro handling, that caused problems 126 times so far. Hopefully no longer.

There was some SQL bug with shared bank, what bothered the server for many times, so it was fixed. Items in shared bank should now delete properly.

Added some basic program to the project - will allow us to shut down non-responding zones by force, in case they go into an infinite loop.

Also fixed some problem with worldserver.process; well.. let's hope at least.
