OK, man plans and God executes it seems: LDON fixes are and will be paused / halted untill all zone crashing shit are fixed. Since debugger code is running it shows there are some in Emu code - they must be cleared.
Do report if you see zone debugger message - if you don't I will possibly know from problem only later time.

FIX zone crashing bug with charged items fixed
This one caused 90% of the problems.

FIX assassination adventures will no longer hang when boss is to spawn
This fix will allow instance to chose boss mob location correctly.

FIX LDONs will expire in a half minute after completing them - this will allow you to loot and shit. Players in zone will be forced to "nektulosa".

Wouldn't the hidden vale be a better option as it's the hub?

Did not checked that part of the code, perhaps it is a gate - and my char was bound in nektulosa.
