Updated Strategies T9

Hi friends,
I have began to edit the Wiki to provide more information on strategy and loot for bosses in T9 (Vex Thal and DSK3), as well as editing some of the posts for T8 strategies with the hotfixes that have changed some things.
Thought I'd give a shout out that I am doing this... I know some of the posts on the wiki have been blank for a while for new content. Felt that it was time to provide some insight.
I plan to edit some other things and add some photos for bosses missing them. If there's something missing that I might be able to help with, feel free to ask.
